Cost of Marketing with Facebook

Business people who use Facebook to do their marketing can get it done and save money in the process. But, it takes knowing what you are doing, or your gonna get frustrated.

Recently I have had the pleasure of meeting some people who have shared a method of using Facebook Leads Ads to find like-minded people to talk to about business opportunities.

It is not easy to do because Facebook does not like this type of activity, and they will shut you down for what seems like no reason. It took me over three months to get my ad to stay running.

The process was made possible by Marty DeGarmo, who I met through the GoFounders program. Marty is partnered with Mike Ellis and Dan Street, whom I have met also. Their team is inspiring to me, they have offered up help without asking for anything.

How many times do you run into people who really want to help other people? In my life, I have heard many people make claims to want to help you, but they’re always is a catch, and it comes down to what they can get from you.

Because of the generosity that I have been shown and the trust that has been earned, I align myself with these gentlemen to promote ONPASSIVE and build a strong team of people who genuinely want to help other people.

How to Build the A-Team

In marketing online, the name of the game is generating traffic that wants to see what you are promoting. There are many ways to go about doing this, but how do you know if it is working?

I have had a lot of training from multiple sources, and they all say the same things but do not show you how to do it. The reason is that it is not easy to do because of a lack of talent or proper training.

Busy Schedule and Stress

There must be resources to carry out the plan as well. The time to do the follow up is crucial to success, and being able to identify what your leads are needing from you.

What we want to do is find like-minded people who are ready to join the team. How do you do that online? You must get the word out, and Facebook already has over 2.4 billion active users!

The pool of people is enormous and global. That is a perfect situation for building a worldwide team, and the cool part is that you do not need to know them personally.

What is important is the character of the prospect aligns with your team’s goals and ideals. You attract the qualities that you want by the content used.

How Much Do Ads Cost?

Using Facebook Ads is relatively easy, but promoting any Opportunity is scrutinized heavily. That is not a bad thing, there are so many inadequate Opportunities online today that people are already leary about them anyway.

The post-boost is the most accessible ads to get approved, and they have been the most expensive and least effective ways to spend your money.

It takes the knowledge and expertise of people who have experience working with Facebook. Marty DeGarmo has this knowledge and the best part is he is willing to help others understand how it works.

Under Marty’s instruction, I have a running Facebook Lead Ad that is generating 50 -60 Leads per day on average. That is with a $10 daily spending limit; because of my schedule, that is all the leads I can handle; when there is extra time, the spending limit can be increased.

This is the most efficient way that I have found to get good leads and see a steady improvement in the traffic to my website. Last year I participated in some traffic sharing websites attempting to increase my rankings with the search engines, well that backfired and it has taken six months to recover.

These Facebook Lead Ads are bringing genuinely interested people to my blog, Facebook fan page, and members to my Facebook Group. What more could you ask for?

Build It Right

To make sure that the team, your building is built right and will not fall apart, they must be making money! After all, that is the most important thing with a business.

The main reason that people are participating in an online business is to make money and/or free up their time. The primary reason people stop participating is the lack of money, or it’s taking up too much of their time.

How can you fix this problem? Make sure that they are making money; this can be done by helping them build their business until they are in the profitable stage.

To make this happen, the Leader must sponsor people until they can do the work. That is where rotators come into play in this plan. Because of the Facebook Lead Ads generating leads, those leads can be sent to your team members through a rotator.

Once the level is filled, their names can be removed from the rotator and the next team level’s names take their place. This way, the whole team is growing from the efforts of the Leader.

Leadership That Counts

Leaders who are ready to work for their team will be successful and have the satisfaction of knowing that they are helping people to succeed in life.

It takes a different mindset to be able to see the benefits of this type of servant leader mentality. For me, the most significant challenge in building a distribution model of customers is that most of the time, greed enters the picture.

People need to have the vision to strive to achieve their goals. But, all too often, what happens is the zeal ends up overtaking them and they focus on the wrong thing.

Good leadership needs to recognize that once the team is built up, and everyone is making money, the system will not fall apart. The products will get bought, and the commission’s earned each and every month.

Facebook Lead Ads are an excellent way to go once you have it set up correctly, the cost comes down and the leads generated are genuine.

People with the right leadership mentality can use their leads to sponsor their teams and build a distribution system that will not fall apart.

Hello Chad, good to see you share this post on the cost of marketing with Facebook. I find this post very useful because I have done some Facebook advertisement without actually know what I am doing; I did it with lame man knowledge.

I agree with you that building a team is an ideal way to make some sales that will stay for life as long as the team members are benefiting from it and are making money. I have seen many greedy leaders, especially in the MLM Business Model.

I will follow your plan for my Facebook lead generation. Thanks.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the subject; sadly, the MLM Industry has damaged the model by letting greed run rampant throughout the ranks. That is about to change, because of good people standing up for the right thing, and helping each other out.

    Hi Chad,

Interesting article, I’ve investigated FB advertising before but was somewhat put off, I felt that my business offering/ website wasn’t developed enough and that the cost was too high.

It sounds like with the Facebook lead ads system that it can bring the cost down, my site/ offering is undoubtedly far better established now as well!

With regards to the types of opportunities that work, do supplement promotion business opportunities work in your experience?

    • Chad Trader says:

Thanks for your comments and yes, the Facebook Lead Ads are working, it is not easy but worth the effort.

    Hi Chad,

I am currently considering using social media in general to generate leads for my business. The Facebook Leads Ads you mention here seems like an exciting opportunity.

I have never heard of Marty DeGarmo or Onpassive. You said that you receive 50-60 targeted leads per day on average for $10. That sounds great. Can you tell me where to go for more information to get started?

    Thank you

    • Chad Trader says:

      Hello Jose,

Thanks for your interest, and you can email me directly, and we can discuss what I have learned. I will send you more information on ONPASSIVE.

      Have a great day!

Hello, thank you for this informative post. Recently, I’m working hard on learning FB marketing. You know, this kind of service is not cheap. It’s not suitable for the beginner, so I prefer to learn it my self. I know there are so many different sources to learn that, but it’s also challenging to determine which way is better.

Luckily I landed on your site. You explain it in a simple way that impresses me a lot. All the tips I didn’t try before. I need to take more time to research it one by one. Comparatively, many friends of mine tell me that Google ads will cost more than FB, so your site is a good start for me. If I want my website more people to know, I think I need to start to learn it.

After reading your post, I find I don’t need to spend more time in other jobs because I need time to study your tips one by one. I hope it will gain a ton of traffic to my site. I believe I will have great success very soon.

I have one question. How can I pay the FB ads?

    • Chad Trader says:

Thank you for sharing your experiences, and I appreciate learning about Facebook Ads. If I had not met Marty, I would not have thought about using Facebook Ads; he showed me how to do it and get the ad up a running. It still took considerable effort on my part to get the bugs worked out.

The result is that in three months, I have received thousands of leads and have over two thousand people who have opt-in to my email list and are getting my auto-responders daily. Another bonus is the improved traffic to my website. The real bonus is the team that I am building is working because of the extended reach of Facebook.

Hi, this is an excellent post that will help lots of people out. Facebook has become a little bit too commercial, with many of my friends always inviting me to there business pages.

I think people are annoyed by this.  Facebook is the new email.  If you are trying to do business from Facebook, people are also more likely to ignore or unfriend you.  Or even report you.

    • Chad Trader says:

Thank you, Jake, I agree with you that Facebook is commercialized and it is essential to people who are working online to use the resources that are available to them, and that means using Facebook Ads to assist them in building their business.

  • Kozakiv says:

I don’t know that there are such capable people that they can put ads on Facebook and not be blocked. Be patient, and wait for your first earnings.

Besides, the number of friends on Facebook is limited; there are not many who can see the ads. Probably the gentleman who designed this business has a solution for all problems that arise in the market.

    • Chad Trader says:

I am running the Facebook Ad and getting NEW leads daily from people who are not my friends; there are over 2.4 billion active members on Facebook, so the market is massive and the number of people enormous. Thanks for sharing your thoughts o the subject.

  • Iamlooking4answer says:

Hi there, I am not too sure of what you are trying to convey, are you promoting a program that you mentioned called ONPASSIVE?

I think I might need to read your post twice to grasp what you are trying to say.

Are you talking about the pyramid, and you mentioned about leaders. Are you referring to MLM?

    • Chad Trader says:

The article is about the use of Facebook Lead Ads for your business, and yes, I used my experiences in marketing for ONPASSIVE Leads. ONPASSIVE is not an MLM or a network marketing company; it is a Global IT Company with many products on the platform. The leadership portion is referring to the people who are leading in any business.

From reading this, it is sage to adjudge that you have recorded a considerable amount of success because you seem very fulfilled through this post.

Thank you for sharing this here. I fancy this post because I have my business situated online, and social media, especially Facebook, has a more significant way to reach out to a vast audience. Thanks for this post

    • Chad Trader says:

You are correct in your assumption that I am pleased with the results from the Facebook Lead Ad that I am currently running; it is bringing leads from people all over the globe. Thanks for your comment.

It’s great to live in times where we can advertise instantly to pretty much anyone in the world who has a smartphone, but I agree it can be difficult without the knowledge, especially on Facebook.

As one who has done only a little bit of advertising on Facebook to kind of gauge it and limits risk, I find value in and appreciate your information here, as I would like to get back into it sometime, perhaps soon.

Facebook Lead Ads sounds pretty solid as I see that it cuts the cost while generating genuine leads, a no-brainer. I will save your post for when it’s soon time to revisit Facebook advertising, well done!

  • Jessie says:

Thank you so much for the awesome and informative post!  I enjoyed reading this post because my business is online, and I promote it a lot on Facebook.  I have considered using Facebook ads, but have not yet because of my experience with Google ads, which charged me a terrible amount, to be honest.  I will check out Facebook’s, though, because it seems you have had some great success with it!

    • Chad Trader says:

Thank you for your comment, and I know what you mean about Google Ads, I had a similar experience several years back, and I was thinking the same thing about Facebook. Honestly, Facebook Lead Ads get cheap once the ad is up and running with the right settings, but it is frustrating; even with Marty’s help, it took three months to get it right.
