Online Business Outlook

How Does the Business Future Look?

For people who are trying to make money online or working in a home-based business, they experience similar obstacles to overcome. What role does attitude play in shaping a person’s vision of their business?

Experts say that a person’s “WHY” is the thing that drives them to succeed; if there is a lack of drive and vision, then they are not likely to continue doing the activities that will ultimately lead them to success.

The statistic reveals that most people will not be successful in starting up a business, however, there are millions trying it every day in online ventures. I think that many are thinking about it like playing a lottery card, that it is just that simple.

Successful people know that it takes knowledge, discipline, and an excellent plan to make business work for them; sometimes, it is dumb luck, but you cannot plan on that to succeed.

What Does Your Plan Look Like to Others?

Asking someone else to look at your plan can help to get a no-bias opinion and even allow you to see things from a fresh perspective. When choosing someone for this task, make sure they have some concept of what you are trying to do, and even have a background in running a business.

The most important thing that you can do for yourself is to ask yourself the tuff questions; like, what does success look like for you? Others can influence how you approach your goals.

If someone is making $50,000 a year, their definition of success is going to look much different to someone who is making $350,000 a year. Both of these examples will require a vision to change their reality! And each one is perfectly acceptable.

Ask the right person for the advice that can affect the rest of your life.

What Happens When the Expectations Get Elevated?

Challenging people is a way to get them to increase their skill level and to grow in whatever field they are participating in. Good company’s know that to keep happy employees, they must provide an environment conducive to challenging people while allowing them to grow.

In networking, there has always been the focus on selling the dream; the reason is that there is not an easy way to make money online or in a traditional business model.

The person who is to succeed in these old ways has to have the dream in them and never quit! The problem is that most people cannot afford to chase dreams of their whole life.

Now there is a new revolutionary system with Onpassive that is going to change all of that! The first time that I heard this message, I was skeptical, just like many people. But the more I study the concept, the more convinced I become.

After understanding the implications of just how the forced company matrix works, it is mind-boggling how elegant and straightforward this solution is for both the average person and the business owners.

The average person who joins Onpassive will grow naturally without any effort on there part. The Business owner will get the marketing they need to increase their businesses without having to come out of pocket with a hefty monthly fee.

Then there are the Entrepreneurial Spirited People who want to grow to monumental success; they will be able to achieve that success helping others succeed.

I love that philosophy from Zig Ziglar!

What is in store for the people who see this vision and take the steps to be a part of the movement? There is a paradigm shift coming with this technology and the way that the system is set-up to help people succeed.

People who have been dreamers for years; but have not come across the right product to assist them in fulfilling their dreams, get ready; I think that Onpassive will take care of that in so many ways.

Here is a presentation covering the overview of the Onpassive Platform.

Please use the comment section below to ask any questions about Onpassive or GoFounders and I will get the answers for you!

Have a great day!

Hi! I hadn’t stopped to think how important it is to find a “why” when we start an online business. Yes, to succeed with our online project, there is a lot of persistence required and if our “why” is not strong enough, we’ll eventually quit. Thanks for this introduction to the Onpassive Platform. I’ll give it a try.

Sound good, let me know if you have questions.

  • Wendy Fisher says:

I do agree that it’s essential to know what success looks like for you. We all have individual preferences and dreams. Some people may want part-time work that provides steady income so they can stay at home with their kids.

Others may want to build a multi-million dollar empire. Others may be in it for the fun of it – they enjoy their work and get even better at it. Thanks for this article; it always helps to get more information!

    • Chad Trader says:

Proper perspective is what people need when they embark on a new journey in anything in life; when it involves the desire to help others succeed. The resources must be available to achieve that goal. Otherwise, the mission is doomed from the start.

I think this is an excellent article for people who are wanting to have an online business. It gives a right perspective about the truth in becoming your “own” boss in this particular line of work.

It can be a win or fail type of business. You show how it can be a win type of business. You give useful information on how a person can be successful in building their online store, and it is essential to be disciplined and have a plan to start an online business.

Talking to someone with knowledge about what you are wanting to do with your business and providing you with some suggestions is also great advice.

    • Chad Trader says:

Thank you for your comment and for sharing your thoughts on the subject.

I’d be interested to know some more details about this Onpassive platform because it’s all a bit vague: what exactly is it offering? Training? A website? Support? A community of fellow business people? Ready-made content? And I’m always a bit suspicious of something which isn’t upfront about what it costs.

    • Chad Trader says:

Take the time to read the FREE E-Book it covers all of your questions, the videos are long, but they give you a feel for the people who are behind the technology. It takes a while to study Onpassive and understand the magnitude of the platform.

    Very informative and inspirational!

I also enjoyed your quotes and use of media. I wanted to keep reading on and check out all of the excellent advice you offered. I’m taking a stab at this online business thing and needed to read this.

Thank you, and I wish you success in your future!

  • Twack Romero says:

I think you hit the nail on the head right at the start. Why? Without a ‘why’ we will lack the proper desire to go the extra mile needed to make our business a success. So many go into business without any real driving force; it’s more of a thought that they like the idea of becoming their boss. You need to have a strong reason, that way; you will continue to strive, no matter what hurdles are placed in front of you, as they inevitably will be.

All businesses will require hard work, and you are right to say that much of that will be researched. You need to know who your target audience or customer is going to be. Find out how best to service their needs and do so in a way that will keep them coming back. This process will take time, patience and constant diligence

The Onpassive opportunity is, indeed, intriguing. Being part of a new venture from the beginning certainly has many advantages, and saying that you are also wise to do your study. At the moment it’s still in ‘Pre-launch’ have you any insight as to when the business will go ‘life’ so to speak?

    • Chad Trader says:

The exact dates are not released, it is a process, and the next part will be to close the GoFounders positions, and the Founders will Beta test the Onpassive Platform work out any issues before releasing to the public. Most people are waiting for the launch so they can join for the 7-day free trial period.

Leaders are the ones who are participating in the GoFounders program, and it is a lot of fun interacting and learning with the Founders!

  • Tarun says:

As someone who has had two failed online startups, I can tell you it’s not as easy as most people think. Its a lot of hard work but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t do it.

With the way the world is heading, online technology is developing faster than any other industry and schools, and different educations institutions need to cater their teachings to help the children prepare for working on/through or with the internet. And one main focus has to be the attitude they need to incorporate or develop if they want to be entrepreneurs.

This information should be nurtured and taught from a very young age only then will there be more success in their business and personal lives.

    • Chad Trader says:

Thanks for sharing your thoughts on the subject, and you are right everything in the business world is a risk, and you will not know how it works out until it launches.

  • jessetoikkanen says:

Very nice article! So good-looking stuff and what’s the best, in my opinion, reading this made me full of new inspiration. I also liked very much of these beautiful photos. Are there some restrictions to use them on my social media or on my websites? I will keep the source visible either by watermarking it or making anchor text or something like that? However, thanks for sharing the article!

    • Chad Trader says:

Thanks, glad that you found it inspiring. You can share the article with anyone, to have access to the photos you need to become a Founder to be able to access the back office. There is tons of fantastic material in the GoFounders back office.

  • Robert says:

Great post. It is true that a person’s “Why” will help them to achieve their goals but only if they are dangerous to attain them. I know for me, my “Why” is why I do not want to work for someone else. I want to be my boss, but like so many real things in life, it will take long hard work. I am okay with that.

However, as I was reading this post and watching the video, I noticed it says that “the average person who joins Onpassive will grow naturally without any effort on their part.” Does this mean that the marketing side of the business will be done for the business owner using the Onpassive plug-and-play system?

I am very skeptical of “done-for-you” systems. However, if it can be of an advantage as far as the marketing aspect of my business, I would be interested. It seems to me that Onpassive is in the advertising niche. If yes, can their services be sold to people outside of Onpassive by those who are members as a retail product, or is this strictly internal?

    • Chad Trader says:

You are right in assuming that the business owner who purchases one of the products will get the full benefits of the product and they will also enjoy many other benefits as a bonus, the value of the starting level is so much more than the fee that it is a no brainer, most companies are going to save so much money because they pay for these services individually.

Onpassive is a marketing solution for the small business owner, the blogger, affiliate marketer, home-based business owner, direct selling storefront owners because it provides all the tools they need on one platform. The magnitude is enormous and hard to grasp until you take the time to study the business concept.

Take the time to read the FREE E-Book it covers this pretty well.

  • Pentrental says:

I tend to agree that the “why” is the question that drives people to succeed. Why am I doing this, and what is my purpose? Having a goal and feeling accomplished can be big-time motivators. I like your question, what does your plan look like to others? It’s essential to watch from outside the box at times.

That’s the nature of being an entrepreneur, and I’m delighted that you’ve pointed that out here. It’s all about perspective, and definitely, someone who is making $25k is going to be different than someone making $250k. The Paradigm Shift That Is Onpassive looks like a great read, and for free! I’m going to read it. Well done and thanks for a great post.

    • Chad Trader says:

Glad that you enjoyed the article and I hope that you find the FREE E-Book both enjoyable and informative.

  • Jones says:

I must say everything you do is worth doing in a satisfying manner. When I started working online, I had a little problem because I couldn’t make a very reasonable plan.

I commend you do putting together something as educating as this, it going to help newbies coming into the business world, to know what and what they are to put together before starting and being able to achieve success.

I will like to say knowing your “WHY” is important in any journey you embark on and its that why that will serve as motivation and source of encouragement for achieving such plan or journey. Thanks for posting this educating article, I really love it.

    • Chad Trader says:

Thank you for your comments and your thoughts on what it takes to become successful working from home in an online business. Peoples “WHY” is the thing that keeps them going when nothing seems to be working.

  • Henderson says:

There are so many people out there who have big plans to be successful, but they haven’t been able to mark that success due to different reasons.

Bringing this up is very good, and I think that  I should share this. Onpassive seems excellent, but I need to ask what type of product they plan to offer.

    • Chad Trader says:

Onpassive products are Domain Names, Webhosting, Site Creators, Webinar Hosting, Crowd-Funding, Rotators, Sales Funnels, Landing Pages, Bulk Emailers, Email Campaign Managers, Data Cleaners, Contact Managers, Autoresponders, and the best for last Targeted Traffic!

Basically every tool that a person needs to be successful in marketing their business online or in brick and motor businesses. Take the time to watch the presentation and read the FREE E-Book.

  • RoDarrick says:

This post is a fascinating article and undoubtedly a worthy read. My getaway point is shoeing business plans to others to have an unbiased opinion, and if the program is a worthy one.

The Onpassive that you were talking about seems rather interesting to me, and I like the fact that it centers on personal development and growth. Please, can you be more explicit for me on that? I would love yo know more on its operations

    • Chad Trader says:

Thank for your interest, Onpassive’s focus is on helping the 97% of people who are not being successful with either traditional business models or online business models.

To be able to make this happen, a paradigm shift is taking place to get people to help others instead of competing for limited resources. When everyone is successful, there will be more resources to go around.  The more we work together, the better we will become as people.

  • Chloe says:

I must confess this is the most truthful post I have seen so far today. Having a business plan is something that requires a lot of skill and courage, yes. And going into that business with full hopes and certainty is of a great mind.

Several times I have seen people say they are going into business to see if it will work out fine, and that is the worse mindset to have when going into a business because with such mindset, there’s is over 50% chances that venture will not come out fine.

Now looking at having a prospecting business idea and sharing that idea to get other views is something I do a lot but mind you, when doing this, if you’re positive about your business idea, don’t let others tell you what to do. Just listen to all the opinion you there is to get and then do maths to see the possibilities in that business. Best regards

    • Chad Trader says:

Thank you for the comment and the encouragement to follow your plan no matter what detractors may say about the path you have chosen. Time will reveal who is correct, and that is something that we can all agree on no matter which side of the fence you are on.

  • Kevin says:

Building a business online is becoming increasingly more and more popular with success stories flying wildly everywhere. I’m a little skeptical of Onpassive though. After reading about Onpassive on a few sites, I still don’t understand anything about it other than it’s an MLM company.

“The average person who joins Onpassive will grow naturally without any effort on there part. The Business owner will get the marketing they need to increase their businesses without having to come out of pocket with a hefty monthly fee.” This idea makes me a little more nervous too. Could you please help me understand more about what exactly Onpassive is and how I can benefit from it?

    • Chad Trader says:

Thanks for your comment and I appreciate your concern, my first thoughts were similar when I first heard these claims. One must study the system and understand that it will not make someone a millionaire by not doing anything!

But, for the Entrepreneurs who are trying to build a business “sponsoring” people not “recruiting” Onpassive system is self-funding and will keep people earning something. Once people see something working, they will not quit. Therefore they will succeed.

The only way to learn is to spend the time to watch the video and read the FREE E-Book it explains the overview of Onpassive and the business concepts.

  • Jordan Smith says:

  • Yours looked good, but different topics on one page can confuse anyone. Hopefully, it will attract anyone. If different hot products under the same issue, the visitor will decide which one is better — so good luck.

    • Chad Trader says:

Thanks for your comment. It is hard to process how big the Onpassive Platform is, and the range of products that it offers to its members.

  • Aly says:

It’s a great idea to get feedback on personal and professional journeys and new ventures. Often a second set of eyes has valuable information that is easy to overlook. This feedback can help an entrepreneur focus on their “whys” and apply better attention to their online endeavors, offline business, and personal goals as well.

    • Chad Trader says:

Thanks for sharing your perspective on getting second opinions.
