The trainer prescribed some special kind of meals to help me build my muscles and he mentioned about protein shakes. While reading this article, something lighted up my bulb, that instead of going out and traveling to the nearest health food stores to buy the prescribed protein shakes, I will just click some links in this website of yours to order the items that I need. 

    With regard to what you said that I should consult a doctor or nutritionist first before going to any regimen related to this, can I skip that step? I am a 39 years old guy (male), never diagnosed of any illness, I just want to develop some muscles for masculine look. Is it that important to consult a doctor first? I wanna save on costs, so I’m planning to skip that step. What do you guys think?

    1. Thank you for your comment and to address your concerns on seeing a doctor, I think that it is the best course of action. You never know if there is something that you are overlooking, they tend to look at things differently than us normal folks. 

      I have had very good results with the Avisae products and there is not anything in them that raise any concerns for me. All the Doctors that I have shown the white sheet information to have given me their approval of the products.

I completely agree with you that a healthy shake is a better option than a fast food. Meal replacement shakes is usually good for people working on losing some weight. Wow! I love the idea of fruit smoothies. I do make banana/apple fruit smoothies for my kids. They love it so much.
